Lead and strategically plan early-stage research projects for the Wealth Management portfolio to identify opportunity areas and design solutions impacting over 15,000 Financial Advisors and branch experience across the United States and Canada.

Research Leadership
Scoping projects and making business case for research needs, overseeing the Financial Planning, New Offerings, and Discovery.
Manage relationship with senior leaders and General Partners stakeholders
Determining resources, constraints, timeline, and partners for each project.
Design multi-phases and mixed-methodologies research plan and execute from start to finish that often include multi-users such as Financial Advisor, Branch Office Administrators, current clients, and prospective clients.
Manage and prioritize research plans through ambiguous and highly-regulated financial services environment.
Align and efficiently execute critical insights and work with a large group of stakeholders.
Internal Partnership
Legal and Compliances: In the highly-regulated financial services industry, research poses high risk for all parties involved and increases timeline of projects. I have built relationship and established partnership between Research Team and Legal and Compliances on an on-going basis.
Data Analyst, Service Design, and Business Design: Utilizing firm’s quantitative data in combination with qualitative primary research to illustrate the whole experience journey and design solutions that are desirable, viable, and feasible.
Training and Coaching
Train designers and associate researchers on research methodologies, when, how, and what method to conduct research projects.
Coach associates on one-on-one interview best practices, how to facilitate group discussion and lead co-creation workshops.
Create research templates such as scoping document, research plan, screener, and discussion guides for other researchers to use.
